Great Oaks Transformation was founded by Kate Haskins, who worked for large corporations for 25 years driving commercial expansion, change and transformation. Having delivered a major company turnaround, Kate decided that it was time to do the thing she loves the most with a wider range of organisations and individuals: working with people to take transformation and change from possibility to delivery.

With a career that began in FMCG marketing for Unilever, Kate soon found herself simply too curious to work in one function alone and eventually found her home in transformation where she’s worked with everyone from CEOs and board members to factory shift managers and engineers to HR teams to create transformational change, either through building strategy, creating tools for execution or by working one on one to make change happen one person at a time.

Aside from years of hands-on experience, founder Kate brings both “head and heart” to every challenge. She combines straight talking, honesty and challenge with a pragmatic, personable and caring approach to people and teams. Kate has delivered transformational change and business turnaround but her real legacy lies in a unique combination of a highly people centred approach with structure and clear accountability systems.
